Yorkshire-based Conservatory Outlet has extended its partnership with a home improvement specialist in one of the biggest deals in its history.
The Wakefield-based manufacturer has been awarded a new five-year contract with 5 Star Windows worth an estimated £20million by 2027.
The company will continue to produce and supply windows, doors, house extensions and conservatory products to 5 Star Windows showrooms in Kidderminster and Worcester.
The agreement, signed on the tenth anniversary of the two companies’ collaboration, provides 5 Star Windows with security of supply as it seeks to maximize what is expected to be the busiest year in its history, with sales on track to reach £12m in 2022.
Greg Kane, Managing Director of Conservatory Outlet, said, “This is a historic agreement for our company and underscores how important network power is to companies like 5 Star Windows.
“We have been working together for more than ten years now and, despite many challenges, we have both grown a lot, mainly because we share the same values around the innovation of our sector in terms of design, products and services.”
Richard Manser, Managing Director of 5 Star Windows, added: “Both companies share the same philosophy, so it made perfect sense to extend our involvement with the 27-store Conservatory Outlet network for another five years.
“We need a supplier who delivers the right products the first time and who has the same appetite for growth as we do, especially as we have set ourselves the target of reaching £15m in sales of here 2024.
“The manufacturing support is great, but there’s a lot more to the relationship than that. We regularly attend training events, share best practices with other members, and have access to the best marketing service in the industry. “
5 Star Windows had previously entered into a sponsorship deal with Kidderminster Harriers FC, enjoying significant exposure as part of the club’s historic FA Cup run.
