The Right Place: Palmero Thinks Jefferson County Is Primed for Growth
Realtor Traci Palmero makes a bold prediction: Jefferson County, specifically the Festus area, is poised to grow, and fast.
She thinks the development in Jefferson County will rival the growth in St. Charles County and Wildwood.
As a listing agent, Palmero is ready to help buyers navigate the tumultuous real estate market. She recently teamed up with longtime realtor Jim Siebert. Together, Palmero Home Team offers over 30 years of home selling experience.
“Festus is growing tremendously, and home values have gone up and are not going to come down,” Palmero said. “The infrastructure is there. The growth is there. We will reap the benefits. »
Palmero says change is on the horizon for the home buying market.
“I feel a little change in the market,” she said. “2020 has been full of pitfalls. At the beginning of this year, buyers were panicked. Now we approach things with a little more common sense. I believe that the realtors who helped their clients understand the true nature of the market were the realtors who really succeeded.
“It’s amazing when someone entrusts you with the task of finding the place where they are going to build their family memories,” she said. “Being part of their life journey fills me with pride.”
Palmero has been a realtor for six years and especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers. She said it made her happy when a client said to her, “I couldn’t have done this without you.”
Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer at 60 or a single mother who has lost her husband – Palmero loves to help.
“It’s amazing,” she said.
Palmero works with Remax Best Choice, 1510 Parkway West, Festus. She belongs to both the Remax Hall of Fame and the Remax Chairman’s Club.
